Internet Commerce Engine 5 - Feature Descriptions
Accurate Ship Rate Quotes.
Stop guessing how much it cost to ship an item. Rates change everyday, and if you don't stay on top of it, you will start losing money on shipping.
ICE5 Software is certified by DHL and FedEx for Real Time Rate Quotes. You can select on the fly via the Site Administrator, which shipping carrier you wish to use, and register your Shipping Location with a Shipping Key. You can program in a handling charge if needed, and that charge will be added to each rate lookup transaction.
Accurate Rate Quotes provides the balance needed between offering competitive rates to your customers, and not losing money on shipping charges, or shipping sur-charges.
Order Processing Fulfillment.
All Orders are tracked by the Site Adminitrator via the Order Scoreboard. The Scoreboard lets you immediately know how many Orders have been placed, which ones need fulfillment and which ones need shipping.
By Opening up an Order that is queued for Fulfillment, you can print a Fulfillment Ticket to your Warehouse. When Fulfillment is complete, the ticket is brought back to Site Administrator and the ticket is transferred to the Shipping Program Module.
Order Processing Shipping.
When Orders are Queued up for Shipping, a Shipping Ticket can be printed in the warehouse, notifying your staff that an order tub needs to be transferred into your packaging for shipping.
The order ticket tells your shipping staff the name and addresss it needs to ship to, a list of the items, the calculated weight of the order, and the ship rate that was provided by the shipping company. You staff can then complete the packaging, Register the Shipment with the carrier, and close the ticket in Site Adminsitrator. Site Administrator will then notify the customer via Email, that their order has shipped and provide them with the tracking number.
Product Management.
Product items can be added and updated via the Product Mangement Program in the Site Adminitrator. You can upload and change product images, prices, cost, weight, dimensions.
You can also program in Instant Savings that can run between selected dates, add or assign Manuafacture Rebates and their coupons, and much much more.
CRM - Customer Relations Management.
Customers can contact you by Phone or via your Online Business Web Site. When these customers use the site for Contact, Internet Commerce Engine 5 will record each message, and show the messages on the Message Scoreboard in the Site Administrator.
From the Site Adminitrator, you can reply back to the messages using the easy to use CRM Module. The CRM module is like an email program that collects and presents each message, and allows you to forward the message to the right person or sales team, or just simply reply to the message yourself. You can then add them to your Email Marketing Campaign Database for future direct marketing via HTML Email.
Email Notification via HTML Formatted Messages.
Why spend your time on the phone following on post sale calls, when you can spend your time selling to new and repeat customers.
Each aspect of Shopping and the Post Sales Process automatically generates a beautiful HTML Formatted Email keeping the customer in the loop as to where their order is.
Email Marketing Campaigns.
There is no need to pay money to a service to send out HTML Formatted Marketing Messages to your Customers. With the Site Adminitrator, you can insert your pre-made html code into the box, register the campaign, and then transmit it and the selected day and time.
Sales Reports.
Use the Site Administrator to product Sales Reports for Total Sales by Day, Month and Year, and to get Sales Data on Product Items.
Site Traffic Statistics.
How much traffice is your site really getting. With the use of the Site Administrator, you can generate reports and graphs showing how much traffic you get on a selected day, Month or Year.
